What you’ll will be doing

We are looking for a Dispute administrative support representative to fill a position within our Dispute Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing merchant rebuttal documentation and dispute notifications. Incumbent must have excellent organizational skills, have the ability to multi-task and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience within the payments space is a plus. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls to Operations center; research and call resolution;
  • Receiving and processing merchant rebuttal documentation;
  • Creating and sending dispute notifications to merchants;
  • Performing general documentation, filing and storage maintenance;
  • Fulfilling Retrieval Requests;
  • Collaborating on group projects;
  • Performing other department and/or Operations duties as assigned to you.

Who you are:

  • An excellent support person with one to two years administrative support or chargeback experience;
  • Outstanding verbal and customer service communication skills;
  • Ability to calmly handle client escalations and retain client relationships through positive interactions;
  • Ability to recognize and adapt to the various channels in which customer contact is initiated;
  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills; showing excellent grammar and punctuation;
  • Must have and maintain strong attention to detail;
  • Demonstrate strong decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
  • Ability to multi-task on multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines;
  • Extremely self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a group setting;
  • Must be able to multitask using different computer systems at the same time;
  • Ability to grasp concepts and ideas quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs;
  • Extremely reliable with solid overall attendance record and performance reviews.
